This compelling conversation covers information about the individual programs they’ve founded and what it takes to lead their organizations. The group explores perspectives and opinions on the reality of white privilege and challenges to expanding diversity, equity, and inclusion. They tackle leadership, fundraising and provide a message of support and solidarity for BIPOC camp professionals.
